We from the inception way back in 1944, have a well integrated quality system which ensures reliable quality and dependability of our products. Right from the stage of procurement of raw materials, production process and manufacture. Every step is monitored and documented to ensure that every product is of a high standard and conforms to their specified requirement. This has, in the Indian market, given us a tremendous rapport and reputation and we are now in a position where Industrial Giants in India value our suggestion and recommendations. Our in house testing facilities support us in our quality venture and ensures a reliable, dependable product. In a nutshell we may say that we are among a few of the spring manufacturers in India who may ensure an “International Quality in Springs.” The target of the company has always been pitched to achieved unconditional quality standards, for which necessary system of Quality Control and Test facilities are strictly adhered to. The Company had been accredited ISO 9001 : 2000 by Orion, USA, since 2003.

QUALITY CONTROL  FACILITIES

  • We are supported by our own Three laboratories capable of doing all physical, chemical and other metallurgical tests to ensure that our end product conforms to our customers requirement. All complains from customers, which are very rare, are investigated in details and Immediate corrective actions are taken in terms of quality improvement be it the area in the field of raw material, design improvement or heat treatment.  
  • Our physical laboratory is supported by load-testing machines in the range of 20 kg., 100 kg., 2000 kg. and 30000 kg. In all the machines there are facilities to measure the deflection range in the accuracy range of 0.1 mm / 0.01mm. The maximum test height is 1200 mm.

  • Our metallurgical laboratory is equipped with all the destructive and non-destructive equipment to pinpoint the defect or investigate into any field failures in the rare event of its happening and for customer guidance and fault analysis.

  • In the hardness testing range we are supported by Rockwell, brinell upto 3000 kg. With 10 mm tungsten carbide indentor, and also an imported machine for testing BHN and Vickers Range upto 250 kg., besides Rockwell in 50, 100, 150, 15, 30 & 45 Kg range, measuring in HRC, HRB, HRA, HR15N, HR30N and HR45N scales.

HEAT TREATMENT

We have a sophisticated heat treatment plant which includes electric and oil fired furnaces. All the electric furnaces are fitted with PID controllers and automated shutdown equipment with the audio-visual alarms to ensure that in no time in the cycle of the heat treatment the required temperature or the soaking time is exceed which may lead to faulty product. For bulky and heavy jobs we have mechanical handling systems and an agitated quench tank of 3000 litres capacity. All this, guided by our experience of over six decades and dedicated staff ensure that all our products conforms to the most stringent requirements.
